The sun just went down over the
Narrows Islands in the center of
Lake George. On Sagamore
Island, a creature was heard in
the brush along the hillside
overlooking Lake George. It
clearly sounded like an American
Toad. Careful listening to these
natural sounds helped the
photographer capture the image
of this American Toad in its
natural habitat so the creature
can be left in its natural
surroundings to enjoy the
pristine lake environment. Those
wishing they were there can
escape to the serenity of a Lake
George night anytime just by
