dull-drums of winter like this
pansy flower picture.  Pansies
liven up the landscape in
some places year-round, and
in others, they often survive
from March to December.  
Lauran is an avid gardener.  
While waiting for the ground
to thaw in Virginia, she
portrayed the pansies in oils.  
Captured Ambiance likes the
springtime burst of color and
geometric design so well that
it was used as the scene for
our springtime art gallery.
