Free Shipping Details:
We provide free shipping of CDs and prints up to 11x14 inches by US Postal Service
First Class or Priority mail to any address with a United States zip code.  This includes
all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, etc.  Be sure to select "First Class Mail" as
the shipping choice on the order checkout page.

We Ship it Flat:
All photos up to 13x19 are always shipped flat - never rolled or curled up!  All framed
images have real glass (no plastic from us!) and are packed carefully in heavy boxes.  
Art prints and photos 16x24 and larger are generally shipped flat, but on very rare
occasions may need to be shipped in tubes or triangular containers.  We do our best to
make sure that the print you receive is in perfect condition and ready for framing.

When Will it Ship:
In-stock items, including CDs, prints of original art, and photographs up to 13x19 are
generally shipped within hours, except in extenuating circumstances.  Orders for larger
photos require printing processes that sometimes take up to a week.   Manual mounting
and framing may take a day or more to complete.   An email will be sent with an estimated
shipping time for all such custom orders.

Returns:
We value your satisfaction with our products!  Any items which are received damaged
may be returned to us within 30 days and will be promptly replaced with an identical item.
Please email us or call for a return authorization number so that we know to expect your
return.  Unopened CDs may be returned for a refund if returned within 30 days of
purchase in original condition.  Defective CDs may be returned within 90 days of
purchase for replacement with a new CD of the same title. Photographs and art prints
may be returned for a refund within 30 days if returned in original condition with no signs
of wear and tear (fingerprints, damage, etc.)  Matted and framed photographs are
custom items and returnable within 30 days if returned in original condition with no signs
of wear and tear but are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Purchaser is responsible for
shipping all returned items back to Captured Ambiance by an insured carrier such as
Fedex or UPS.  Shipping costs are not subject to being refunded.

Copyrights and Trademarks:
All images and sounds presented on this website are copyrighted and may not be used
without the permission of the copyright holders.  Most images contain invisible, digital
"watermarks" which make these images easily detected if images are copied and used on
a web site without permission. Please contact us by email if you wish to license any of the
images presented on this web site.  Many names, terms, and expressions used on this
web site are trademarks and may not be copied or imitated without permission of the
holders of the respective marks.

Color and Resolution:
We have attempted to depict the colors of our art, photographs, and CD cases as
accurately as possible.  Personal computer displays, however, sometimes vary in the
accuracy with which they render colors.  Please be aware that the colors that you see on
your screen may, therefore, vary from those on the actual item.
